This is the copy of his inv. I just checked on the part prices and what we were going to charge are less then list price. part prices can be checked on http://www.apdepot.com/ and our charge of 150.00 for labor is very reasonable. we would have credited his service charge of 64.95 on the repair. so... technically he would have pd $ 60 for service call and 80.00 for labor. Very fair. I would love to see a copy of this "other company" that fixed it for less.

We are sending tech out to repair unit a refund will not be issued due to repairs and parts that have been installedIf repair on 09/04/is not completed Samsung will then be called for resolution

not resolved.Refrigerator could not be fixed by tech Photos taken and submitted to Samsung (according to tech), Tech stated "leak in the system, but could not find it, with a call from ***'s promised "on Monday" for verdict from Samsung Monday was a holiday, so called at 3:Tues to inquire about update No status known by woman answering phoneShe will "leave a message for the tech and get back to me tomorrow" Will await promised call.Not pleased that we put money into a machine for repairs that did not fix the problem Understand parts were installed, but, if diagnosis had been correct, parts would have fixed fridge Why would anyone pay for parts they don't need?!? You wouldn't You would take them back and get your money back, and then buy the proper parts

Samsung requires a series of test in order to condemn any unit. We charge a flat rate for a freon leak to try to keep it cost effective. The time and amount of work involved can be outrageous. That being said as far as I know the refrigerator has been accepted by samsung as repairable. What happens now is on Samsung we have no say so if the customer get a new refrigerator or a prorated refund. The time and money [redacted]'s Appliance has put in to this out come.is far beyond $350. We can not give a refund our work was done right the first time. Ever thing after that was samsung asking us to try something else.
