I hired *** to perform structural engineering services for my home. Mr. frequently failed to deliver his plans and/or corrections in a timely manner. When he did provide them, the work was often incomplete. This resulted in considerable delays and increased costs for me.
Finish the job Mr. Vasquez needs to refund me for all of the delays and costs I incurred.
