I left Capital Hill Dental Group after a year because of poor customer service, and they couldn't/wouldn't fully explain my medical bill to me. Instead, they harassed me into paying. The medical bill didn't seem right, and the person in charge of the medical bills wouldn't take the time to explain the bill. The person on the phone became irritated and unprofessional...to the point that they hung up on me...twice. When I went to the office to figure out my bill, the person at the front desk said, "At least I pay my bills - now leave!" I was modified. I have strong credit, and this was the first time I had a medical bill that couldn't be explained to me. This happened about 3 weeks ago.This morning when I go to find a new dentist, a release was requested from my new dentist (I wasn't go to request the release from my old dentist because of the way I was treated.) Capitol Hill Dental Group then sent me just a cover page - no release. Unprofessional. I had to sign the new dentist release form, and they're now sending it to Capitol Hill Dental Group to retrieve my files/x-rays.From experience, this company has treated with with ill respect, and they've not handled themselves in a professional manner.
