Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't just hear a drop I can look in my fireplace and see actual water in it and all I asked was for MrLujan to come check it out and he refused to do thatYou would think after paying someone $for hours of work that they would at least come check out your issuesHe argued with me and my son and was just so disrespectful and that is not how you do businessOf course I'm upset that the problem that was suppose to be fixed is notOn top of that he talked to me like I was nothing and was so rudeWhen I've only been respectful.? Miss *** was upset cause she still hears a drip at the flute tile I replaced the chimney crown and did some tuck point at the chimney cause it was cracked

and all I asked was for Mr. Lujan to come check it out and he refused to do that. You would think after paying someone $950 for 2 hours of work that they would at least come check out your issues. He argued with me and my son and was just so disrespectful and that is not how you do business. Of course I'm upset that the problem that was suppose to be fixed is not. On top of that he talked to me like I was nothing and was so rude. When I've only been respectful.
