Customer account has been confirmed that they are no longer receiving delivery and a refund of $will be honored as per customer requestIn regards of ARM Solutions, they are a third party vendor who process our collectionsHowever ARM Solutions is not a crediting reporting agency and this will not impact credit score or reflect on credit report. Customer has been contacted to verify the delivery service and they confirmed that the delivery has improved from DecemberDuring the time of the call customer mentioned that she was missed on 01/however she contacted customer service which then they applied a credit on the account.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that Ms*** has endured According to the complaint (ID ***), Ms*** called on 3/9/to cancel her delivery or place it on hold while she was going to be out of state for 2-weeks (and then subsequently moving to a new address upon
return to Whatcom County). Unfortunately that communication was not input into our database, thus Ms*** continued to receive newspapers at her old address for days beyond expiration (in accordance to our grace policy).
We are not sure what may have happened at the time of her request on 3/9/16, but we accept full responsibility for any miscommunication and have credited off the amount owing for the newspapers delivered after the expiration date.
The amount owing by Ms*** is now zero We will note this on Ms***’s account and ensure that her account is in good standing should she wish to restart her subscription with The Bellingham Herald at a new address
