I will go somewhere else next time. First of all, they shut down the store completely during their shift change for about ten minutes which is ridiculous- no one else does that! Secondly, if you pay at the pump, expect for a hundred dollar hold on your card for SEVERAL DAYS!!!!!! Meanwhile, I can go over to Speedway where they NEVER close.....even during shift change AND the charge is posted to my account before I leave the parking lot! Ridiculous!
I have purchased gas here on multiple occasions and I don't think they have ever been at 100% functionality for all of the pumps. If you purchase a car wash while pumping gas, you have to present your receipt to get the car wash. This would be no issue if they refilled the receipt paper. I purchased a wash and had to wait in line behind several people who also needed receipts. This is not customer friendly and is also not the best use of their employees time.
