I am rejecting this response because:In my 1st email on June 19th I stated the most obvious concern about the ceiling, not that we didn't have other issues with quality, but wanted to provide the most concerning to usI mentioned we had other pics available for your review and the right thing to do, would have been to contact us and come out and take a look for yourselvesI honestly don't believe the initial response I got would have been any different had I identified more issuesI think the responseI got was an "excuse" because they don't care about the quality of their work or changing their tune because I actually filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI don't believe this company had any intention of making good on what was promised.Not sure why they think the cabinets were installed by ourselvesThey were professionally installed by the cabinet maker and they did not mark or bang up any drywall workWe never expected the truss or framing to be touched in this contract.We did hire another company to repair the ceiling work around upper cabinets ($770), and they were shocked that an actual contractor completed this workThey pointed out issues we hadn't identified ourselves.I do take responsibility that I didn't hire a well established company and went with a recommendation from a colleagueGenerally I believe you get what you pay for and in this case it proved me right.We will get the kitchen finished without their help, but I just don't understand why they would want a first time customer to have such disatisfaction and take the chance they may "spread the word"!
