Review: The first time I went to that place to purchase an herbal compression band form my ant. while talking the owner she informed me about her services. She was talking about a machine called Oberon-Meta therapy which is able to treat my [redacted] without surgery, which I have told her, I have a problem with. Next time I came back to her salon, she applied headphones on my ears and was entering numbers in to computer and was telling me what health problem I have. Next, thing she told me that I need many sessions of so called [redacted]. Whit that she applied plates of magnets on my legs for 15min. Also she said that she does [redacted] and I agreed to do about 10 injections and she told me that she is impressed with results. Lastly she told me that the cost will be $1200 and if I pay full I will get one free session, I paid $100 more for cold laser. Next time coming to her I request certificates of any training about [redacted] and told her not to do that. She was convincing me to continue with [redacted] and assuring me about great results after few sessions. I visited her 5 times for [redacted] and 1 time cold laser. I saw no results and lastly went there told her this is not working and I want more than half refund back.I said this a fraud and lie to treat [redacted] and I researched and found no evidenced to treat [redacted] with [redacted] it is used to treat [redacted] and [redacted]. She refused to even listen to me run outside the door. Also I requested to see certifications she did not show nor there is one in her salon hanging.Desired Settlement: Refund full or 75% of the paid amount of $1300.

I am writing in response to the above complaint. Firstly, please be advised that Luksus Inc. and myself are licensed and all required licenses are placed in the manner clearly visible to all our clients.

Moreover, we are dedicated to provide our clients with the best possible care and treatment.

The complainant has been advised of the procedures and associated costs and she was given flier with listed fees per each procedure. She was also told that based on commonly known research and our experience bio-resonance and cold laser may help or may not help at all in resolving her problems.

To the contrary of what the complainant states - first and. foremost I clearly stated to the complainant that we cannot and do not guarantee the results of either bio-resonance or cold laser treatment. Not only that, based on evaluation ..of the complainant I informed her that her problems seem to be of degree of seriousness requiring qualified medical intervention. She was clearly told that even if both procedures improved

her condition in any degree they would rather treat the outcome and not the cause of her health problems. Despite that she decided to proceed

with treatment.

Lastly, the complainant was given 400 dollars discount on the procedures - she paid 1300 dollars for total of 6 procedures while the regular price would be 1700 dollars.

I am convinced that there is not only no wrongdoing on my or Luksus's part, but that our services and treatment rendered

to the complainant have been fully professional.

In an effort to settle the dispute and in furtherance of our clients' satisfaction we offer additional 300 dollars discount to be returned to the complainant.

Thank you for your help and coordination of this matter. I accept Luksus Inc, offer the amount of $300 to be returned back to me.

Moreover, I would like to make a comment about the letter which was sent to Revdex.com and forwarded to me. The owner of Luksus Inc, speaks in her own defense, If she would have told me what she has written in this letter, I would have never paid her for the so called treatments. No client just pays someone for treatments that when informed might not work at all as the owner wrote in the letter. This is a dishonest way of trying to run a business.

I'm writing to you regarding the complain # [redacted], the case was close already and the owner of the business made a written promise to reimburse me $300. I'm not sure, if you can help me to intervene further in this matter. The owner of the business never send the promised amount. If you can please help me to end this matter. If your agency is no longer able to help, how else I can pursue this further.
