[redacted] bought a Lola skirt from me in July, in September she notified me that the skirt was defectiveI have attached a picture to show that when she wore the skirt it did not have a snag in it which she stated was at the front of the skirt nor did it have a stain on itWhen [redacted] inquired about getting a new one or a refund I noticed her that it had been days and I would be unable to return the skirt due to the amount of timeIf the skirt was defective upon purchase I would have been more than happy to exchange the item out but she had already worn the item and tried to wash it [redacted] also notified a mutual friend that she snagged the skirt when trying to get the stain out of the skirt after the first wear [redacted] then purchased another skirt from me in September a few days after purchase she wanted a refund due to getting a free skirt in the mailUnfortunately I do not refund due to those circumstances and it had been past the hour return window in which my page states and it also states no refundsI have included a photo of that [redacted] was removed from my page due to her threating text messages which I have also included [redacted] is asking for a refund, but she filed for a charge back with her bank for the amount of which was awarded [redacted] still has both skirts and they weee legit purchases which is a fradulate act and can be proven from the text messages she sent meI have more information to provide if needed

I am rejecting this response because: Although You could not visually see the snag in the photo, you could see it upon inspection, it was a tiny thread and it caused the whole thing to runYou are only seeing half of the conversationUnfortunately, I am in Houston at Herman Memorial Hospital with my Daughter right now and cannot access my files for everythingBut please see what I do haveAnd again Note my letter and review. I would also, like to respond to this emailYes there is a picture of me wearing this skirt, it does not look defective, it did not look defective to me either until I went to spot wash it! I was in love with the skirt and asked to exchange it for the same thing just an undamaged one, she denied that! As stated, it was only worn once, I became very Ill and that was the delay in reporting itI too can show proof of the pictures, and text messages, showing her extremely poor customer service and her accusing me of damaging the item myselfLLR sizes varying in every item so to say I wore an xs once and a s another has no case, especially since I can wear a Medium to an XL in a different itemThe lighting at ***s room is very poor, and she has even admitted that numerous times on camera and off, so things do look different once they are in better lightingI picked up the item on a Thursday, HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR DAUGHTER'S SURGERY, RETURNED ON MONDAY, contact *** immediately, requested to return the item she refused, got huffy with me, claimed to have a hour return, when I asked for proof, THAT is when she BLOCKED MESo, then I contacted my bank, the Revdex.com, Attorney General and LLR CorpMessages where not threatening, just stating facts and LLR policiesAlso, *** charged me for skirts originally, (almost identical) when I only wanted one, for she misunderstood what I was wantingShe had sold the other skirt I had wantedI will also, be asking for a refund for this defective skirt, because it was still within LLR guidelines, it was defectiveAnd I does not cost her a dime to make a claim, just some timeThe reason the spot was still on it was to prove that I DID NOT CAUSE THE DAMAGE! I tried to respond to the link attached but it would not work

If the skirt was defective upon purchase I would have been more than happy to exchange the item out but she had already worn the item and tried to wash it. [redacted] also notified a mutual friend that she snagged the skirt when trying to get the stain out of the skirt after the first wear.  [redacted] then purchased another skirt from me in September a few days after purchase she wanted a refund due to getting a free skirt in the mail. Unfortunately I do not refund due to those circumstances and it had been past the 72 hour return window in which my page states and it also states no refunds. I have included a photo of that.  [redacted] was removed from my page due to her threating text messages which I have also included. [redacted] is asking for a refund, but she filed for a charge back with her bank for the amount of 49.80 which was awarded. [redacted] still has both skirts and they weee legit purchases which is a fradulate act and can be proven from the text messages she sent me. I have more information to provide if needed.
