The customer service at this boutique is the worse ever and this owner should not be allowed to be in business.I ordered a dress from this boutique on February 22, 2014. I was told by the owner the dress would arrive on April 5, 2014. I called on April 7, 2014 to inquire about the dress. I was told by the owner that they don't get [redacted] shipments on Saturday so the dress would be there on April 9, 2014 and she would call me. I called the boutique on April 9, 2014 to see if it arrived and she said she would call me back, but she didn't know if the dress was there. I never received a call, so I went in on April 10, 2014. The dress was not there, the owner said it was stuck at customs. I asked her why she did not call to tell me that. She said she was going to call when they closed at 7pm. I called the designer and they told me the dresses have been stuck in customs for two weeks and the dress probably would not make it for my daughter's prom on April 25, 2014. The designer office person told me to have the boutique to order my daughter another dress. I went into the boutique when they opened at 9am on April 11, 2014 to request my $250 deposit. The owner told me she could only give me $100 because she had to make sure she could cancel the order since she placed it with $150. She would call me later that day to let me know if the order could be canceled. Since I had no heard from the owner, I went back into the boutique on April 14, 2014 and requested the rest of my money. She issued me the rest of my refund and told me the dress had been sold since I said I didn't want it. How can you sell a dress that my deposit is still on? I got my money and told her I would be contacting my attorney. This is the worst business in the city.Desired SettlementI wish she would issue my daughter a formal apology because she was very disappointed with not being able to get the dress she really wanted. I the designer company in ** even offered to help my daughter find another dress and they would order it directly. This business owner has offered nothing but a headache and a bad experience.

I went to her shop a few weeks ago to find a prom dress. A long story short I'm not going to prom she will not give my deposit back. I was in her shop March 13, 2014, I was looking for a prom dress. I found a dress and put a deposit of $150. So something came up and I won't be going to prom. I called on April 21,2014 to let her know and ask for a refund. She said that she does not do refunds and all sells are final. I was not told this when I put my deposit down nor is it on the sell ticket. I called her again on April 22, 2014 to ask if she would like to charge a restocking fee of $50 and give me $100 back she said no.Desired SettlementI would just like a refund of at lest $100.
