I was the individual that assisted Mr***I received his call early in the morning and listened to his concern about the fact that his daughter had yet received the cinnamon roll that he had ordered through usIt had been two days since we had sent it and the delivery time is between two and three daysI explained this to him and assured him that we had sent it out through the USPS, which is our delivery methodHe expressed that he was unhappy about it being mailed with the postal systemI explained that it is cost prohibitive for the customer to ship through FedexSince he was still unhappy, I fully refunded the purchase price and the shipping fee to the customer while he was still on the phone through his credit cardHis daughter later received the cinnamon roll in good orderI believe this customer was made more than whole as they received the requested item in good order and received a 100% refundI hope this rectifies the situationWe are always glad to assist in any wayThank you, *** ***
