We feel like it is best to split ways at this time My wife and I have been extremely patient and reasonable There are no items in the house that can not be corrected But, you do have to spend some time and effort in correcting the issuesEven though the tile /flooring worker was a contract worker, we where forced into a situation that all work had to be completed by this one individual We will move forward on repairing the floors, and we currently have workers in the house repairing the backsplash in the kitchen and the shower and shower pan It is getting expensive repairing items that the first worker, *** ***, caused.

In careful consideration after reviewing this job Brewer Carpet One feels our best action is to
take option as stated by the customer in his first post, we will walk away from the job and the $balance that is owed so that the customer can use that for anything they need At this time no matter our extensive attempts we don’t believe we will be able to satisfy the customers expectations on this jobIn an effort to fix the vinyl issues which were contracted through us we sent our best crew from OKC who has done work for us for over years and after working for a full day he also feels he wouldn’t be able to make the customer happyThe tile work was contracted through an installer that does do work for us but on this job the customer was to pay the installer direct for some savings so at that point we did not know what was agreed upon for scope of work, cost of labor etcAt that point Brewer Carpet One provided just material for the tile work

I have inspected this job and have two crews scheduled to do all repairs on  Thursday 12/15/16. Customer is very satisfied with our game plan. [redacted]General Manager Brewer Carpet One
