Luma Dentistry

Called the Southlake location Sat. 18Jan2020 and accepted an appointment for 12:00. I sat in the waiting area and finally I was called back about 1:00. A patient came in at 12:30 and said he was early for his 1:00 appointment and they took him back at 12:30. Around 1:00 I was finally called back. A man who said he was the Marketing Mgr? for Luma came to the room and looked at my 2 front posts. I told him this temporary covered both posts and had come off. I told him I needed the crown re-cemented and he scraped off a little old cement and stated the dentist would be in shortly. At 1:30 I sent a text that it wouldn't be much longer to my best friend waiting on me. At approximately 1:47 the dentist finally walked in and looked at my crown to be re-cemented and looked at the 2 posts and directed Marcella to put the cement on the crown and he took it and put it on my posts. Marcella then took over and held the crown on the teeth. She then got all the excess cement off flossed on both sides and said she was going to get the dentist. Shortly she returned and said the dentist said he wasn't coming back. Never checked my bite? I've gotten a lot of crowns seated and always a dentist has to come in and check the bite, this is the first time I've ever had this happen. Not to mention I was charged for a film that was Never taken. This was Not a professional visit to the dentist. It was rather troubling to say the least. Adrienne and Marcella were professional, the Marketing Mgr. former hygienist was also kind. I gave the 1 star for the above mentioned.
