with American Water, not even the city of merrillville who we originally submitted the report to We also file reports within days of completion *** *** owner, spoke with Dr *** on Friday July 7th after she mailed us a letter from American Water We filed her report on Monday July 10th with American Water and mailed a copy of the confirmation page and back flow report to her address on file of back flow report We attempted to email her as well today to VIA email a copy but the email address we have on file bounced back as well We feel this matter is resolved on our end and the customers end Copy of the report is attached as well
