Dear [redacted] ,Product: Lumare (face)We thank you for your email.We are sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with your product order and understand you would like a refund.As per our records you sign up for a membership with us through a website on May 04, and your account was cancelled effective May 19, after your call for cancellationPlease note that we are not able to stop product orders that may have shipped or payments processed prior to or on the effective date of your account cancellationAnd, because it can take a few days for your credit card company or bank to post payments processed before your account cancellation, your statement may show a payment made after the above effective date.During the trial period a customer has the privilege of using a product for the cost of shipping and handlingAfter the trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the productThereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite productA customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time.As per our T&C its mentioned that the shipping charge of $is only days charge and after days trial period the actually cost of this product is $that was deducted on May 18, 2015,we did not receive any call from you for cancellation before May 19, 2015.We would like to inform you that we already delivered full product at your door step and tracking details are also mentioned here kindly check with tracking id of ***# [redacted] .After cancellation nothing has been deducted from your account and as if now you have that product with you and we are not authorized to refund any amount according to our policy.Kindly close this case.Sincerely, [redacted] Lumare Skin Products

I accept the $98.71 for one product but I want a full refund for both products.  The other total is $99.01 for the other product.  There was no T&C which I looked for cause I would have never ordered a reoccurring shipment.  I never received a confirmation from you or any information for my "no commitment" trial offer.  I did not even receive an invoice in the box with the products. Why do you have so many companies with the same product with different names.  My 2 bills don't even match, for trial and first reoccuring bill.  This is not acceptable because if I got a confirmation I would have cancelled the product the day I received it.  You just took it upon yourself to enter me in this program.  There are several complaints for the same exact problems I incurred.
