In regards to the customer complaint from *** *** at *** *** *** ** *** ** ***Mr*** concern his roof wasn’t lining up or wasn’t straight especially where the old and new part met is a result of the roof sagging in his existing roof systemI met with Mr*** with my salesmen
*** ***We wanted to address his concern of any poor workmanship on our partAfter looking the roof and building over that was originally built (around 1989) the existing roof sags in two different spotsWith the new part so close to where the old part sags it gives the illusion of the roof not in line with the existing From my time out at the job Mr*** seemed to see what I was explaining to himRegarding his concern over materials being returned and not credited this was a contract or bid jobWe ship enough material to keep the guys working to finish the jobOn the flip side we DO NOT charge him if we have to send more out to finish the jobOne area of concern he did have that is common when construction happens in the winter is the shingles yet to seal downWithout sunny warm days they won’t seal down giving the roof the appearance it’s not “flat” or straightI let Mr*** know we should give this concern some time and wait for 10-days of 65-degree days and a few rains In summary it’s our understanding the construction of Mr*** garage addition was and is constructed properly

I am rejecting this response because:  I have had a second opinion. The opinion is that the existing roof had nothing to do with the way the new addition roof turned out.  As far as the extra material sent for the job, the amount that was sent was way too much. They should have been  able to get a closer estimate of what was needed.

In regards to the complaint for the case listed in the subject. Mr. [redacted] never came to us to address his concerns. Instead he went to the Revdex.com and we first heard from you about this complaint he has. After a job site visit and a return call from Mr. [redacted] I informed him the construction addition we provided and part we were responsible for was constructed properly.
