I am rejecting this response because: Not one word of his reply was truthful I was not rude, my car was left unattended and no service was given to me I did ask for a refund after he said he would take care of the issue, but did not do so My car was first in line and at least two other cars went through the car wash My car was exactly where I had parked it, left the door open with the keys inside My car had not been vacuum, moved or touched by anyone at the car wash When I left only one person was working, everyone else was sitting at the bench/table and they were laughing The one person who was working was vacuuming a car that had just come in

I did speak to this lady about her car, and yes it was a customer in front of her with a dirtier car, that is why it took a longer time to take care her vehicle but it never was unattended . we never disrespected her or laughed at the customer I was really trying to help her
she approached at me and was very rudeI was trying to explain why was it taking to long but she never gave me the time to talk to herI stopped talking and let her speak, then she requested a refund and decides to leave after the service was completely donewe gave her the refund and finished all her car and still leaves unhappyWe don't like it at all when any of our customers leaves unhappy , we like to help everyone as much as possiblethanks *** ***manager
