I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am responding to the above email dated 09/03/2017 - Which, states that my case has been closed because I failed to respond.  I failed to respond because I did not see your email until today.  I ask that you re-open my case and continue with the claim that I filed.  I am not in agreement with the skin companys response - I submitted to you emails from their company as proof of the pur[redacted].  Those emails / proof of pur[redacted] came from them so I do not understand how they can dispute the pur[redacted] by claiming I am not one of their skin product buyer. I am more than happy to provide bank statement and or the actual containers of the sample products - which I have not thrown out - I might still have the small box it was shipped in.Please, I ask that you re-open my case. Thank you[redacted]
