Review: On** September 2013, the restaurant received a package of 4 lightbulbs from Lumenex with no invoice, packing slip, or order slip. Due to the nature of the business, there are many who place orders. After checking with the entire staff, it has been determined that no order was placed for this delivery. This restaurant has done no business whatsoever with Lumenex. We received an invoice on ** September 2013 for the bulbs. They're standard lightbulbs (60W), but they are invoiced as premium bulbs for $28 per piece. Again, we did not place this order and we will not be paying this invoice. This "company" needs to be investigated for fraud.Desired Settlement: They're welcome to send a check to us to pay for return shipping, or provide a customer ID so they can pay for return shipping. We will not pay the invoice, as we did not place the order. We will also not pay for return shipping to a fake company.

Review: For several months this company has been sending invoices to my business, and unfortunately the A/P person was paying them, yet we have never received any products or services from this company. Ever. I just realized it when the invoice landed on my desk and I knew we had never deal with this company before.Desired Settlement: A refund of all the money we have paid to them at this point. $1800

Review: This company is a scam, they sent Light bulbs to our office that we never ordered, and that we didnt want, and now theyre requesting we pay them. Please stop companies like thisDesired Settlement: This company shouldnt be doing business, sending made up order to company and now requesting for payment.

Review: Back in march 12' when we first opened, we started to get these light bulbs delivered..... no one ever order them but in the confusion and being overwhelmed with being a new business, our book keeper pay for them. We continued to get light bulbs and getting billed about $20 per light bulb. I called and explained these orders were never placed. They asked me to ship everything back at our own expense...... We now received a random invoice for $14,000 in central air/heating!!! 14 thousand dollars!!! I believe these individuals are hoping that busy businesses leave the billing department to deal with invoices and hope that those scam bills get paid by chance. An absolute disgrace.

we sell these lights for 20.00 below what you would pay at a large box store. each of these lights save the user 500.00 over its lifespan. we are not here to harm or cheat anyone. Occasionally an overzealous salesperson makes a mistake which may have happened here. All invoices are hereby voided and you owe us nothing

Review: On several occasions over the past 2 years, I have received a box full of light bulbs which I did not order via UPS. Because my employees are not always certain what products were ordered for the business, the order was accepted. Within days, I also received an invoice for the light bulbs which were not ordered. My finance manager, who also was not aware of the "fake" order , paid the invoice as she would any other legitimate invoice. I tried calling the company to let them know that I did not order any light bulbs from them, but did not reach anyone on the phone. On June **, I received a invoice from Lumenex for $14, 275.52, for "Central air/ heat systems". I have never ordered anything from this company. When I tried calling the company I received their voicemail. and left a message that their invoice was sent in error, along with my contact information. My message stated that their invoice was invalid, and that I have never done business with Lumenex LIghting Corporation. I requested for a return phone call confirming that their invoice was sent in error, and asked for my business to be removed from their database. It is very disturbing that Lumenex's first attempt at scamming my business was successful. ( in that we accepted and paid for items which were not ordered) In fact, the package contained a dozen standard lightbulbs and the invoice was for over $250 ! Now , with a new invoice for $14,275, for items I did not engage in any way, something must be done to stop this company from taking advantage of busy businesses like mine, where items like this can "slip through the cracks". Your assistance is greatly appreciated![redacted]Desired Settlement: I need to have confirmation that I do not owe this company any money. I also want them to never contact me again, in any way. I also want to report them for this illegal practice, and try to prevent them from doing this to other businesses.
