According to our records, the customer ordered our face cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/18/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $3.95. The trial expired on 12/03/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/03/2017: $89.77 for the eye serum and $89.71 for the face cream.The customer contacted our Customer Service on 12/07/2017 and requested refunds. We immediately cancelled their account and processed a 25% refund for each product: $22.44 for the eye serum and $22.43 for the face cream. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining 75% refund for the charges on 12/03/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here are the refund confirmations:$67.33 Trans-ID: [redacted] dated 01/08/2018. $67.28 Trans ID: [redacted] dated 01/08/2018. The refund of $67.33 should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days and the refund of $67.28 will mailed as a check in 4-6 weeks. They told you they were refunding the full amount but emailed me they were only refunding half. If they refund the entire $179.48 and send ME an email confirming they have cancelled the membership I didn't  sign up for, then I will be satisfied.  I do not understand how a company can charge for a product or service without providing either...it's stealing. I want the full amount ($179.48) and a confirmation from them that the account is closed.
