My complaint is the merchandise I received in Jan., I kept and paid for the first shipmentI have bank records of all thatI returned the product unopened on 1/17/They received it on 1/19/I have post office confirmationAll I want is my $owed me since JanuaryThey keep saying they credited my account on Jan20, but the money has NOT reached my bankWe've call the bank many times - no moneyWe've been hung up on several times by these people and we are very tired of this treatmentThey could send a check instead of sending to the bank I tried to send copies of my bank statements and post office receipt but my tablet says I don't have enough memoryPLEASE HELP USThese people are stealing our moneyThank you

However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charge on 09/23/2016 for the Luminis Anti-Aging in the amount of $5.95 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.
We will also be issuing a refund for the charge on 09/23/2016 for the Belle Epoque in the amount of  $5.95.
