I emailed the lien waiver last night (August 10th). I have attached a copy. I also have cc'ed the originator of the complaint. It was a simple oversight. It wasnt like I was holding this from her. I told her a couple times that I would send it over and when I got home I had forgotten. She knows from... experience, that I spend most of my days at the jobsite doing the actual work. I dont have a secretary to handle these things as soon as they come in.

There were 3 requests from [redacted] that I will address below.1. The trim pieces she asked me installed were installed middle of last week to her satisfaction. She was there at the time of this work being done. The only reason this work was not completed was because (1) they had to come in from the...

manufacturer. They originally had come in the wrong color. (2) [redacted] told me that her nephew would do this. The first I heard that she wanted me to do it was when she filed the complaint. 2. I have always offered the $500 discount to more than take care of the paint issues she has mentioned in her complaint. $500 is far more money than it would take to do a couple touch ups. This is a number that I came up with to make her happy. I am willing to give her this discount.3. There are a couple things she addressed that would adjust her bill. (1) the baseboards I 'quoted' her of $600 was a verbal,top of my head, ballpark price. It was never typed up in a formal proposal. I just came up with a ballpark figure quickly to give her an idea of the cost. I hadn't had a chance to price out the baseboards. I ended up charging her $800. I will be willing to split the difference and charge her $700. instead.   (2) She claims we never moved and reset her fridge. She is correct that we never fully disconnected the fridge and moved it out of the room. The water line wouldnt shut off properly so we just had to continue to move it this way and that way, as far as the water line would allow, in order to install the new flooring. It would have been much easier to completely move it out of the way but we couldnt. So technically we worked harder than we had anticipated. On my original proposal it was actually quoted as 'Remove and reset the fridge and oven'. We also couldnt remove the oven cause it was attached to the wall. We had to have one guy lift up on the front while another guy slid the new flooring underneath and installed it. This item was something she agreed to when I sent her my formal proposal. This isnt something I added on or just made up. It was something I anticipated from the being and charged her accordingly. I didnt up charge her when we ran into difficulties either.If I deduct the $500 discount and the $100 difference on the baseboard removal the final invoice is $499.27. I believe I have been fair in regards to all of her requests. I have been cordial and accommodating. Never once did I refuse service or block her number. I understand she was unhappy with a few things but she never gave me a chance to address them. Please contact me in regards to any thing else I can provide. Thanks
