Complete illiterate company. Totally unreachable. Paid $1500 for videography and photos and need my video stil .
My wedding was January of 2020. It took until end of last month to finally recieve my photos after begging for them as *** is totally unreachable. I still have yet to recieve my video or any word about it. She has blocked my phone number and blocked me on social media. Is a business allowed to run like this? Once she decides to answer it is multiple dates given ( referring to photos ) and is way past the agreement date. Her and her ex fiance *** who were business partners, have broke up and *** fled to florida with multiple brides files and footage. He was supposed to film my video as he did not show at my wedding. I was not made aware that he would not be ther . He was the reason we booked with luminous because of his talent. But yet he and *** have left 15+ brides without anything. They sure enjoyed the money we paid them. I need help reaching *** and getting my video please.

We have not received a video product that we were contracted to receive and are 3 months past the date we were told we would receive the product
We contracted services for a photographer (Luminus) at our wedding on 08/17/2019. We purchased a package that included an engagement session, a wedding photo album, day-of photography, day-of video, and delivery of the photos and a 30-40 minute compiled video with audio footage. *** (owner) and her partner (*** have not delivered the promised video product, the photo album, nor the engagement session.

We have received sporadic communication from the company, with more than 10 of our communication efforts not being returned. We were originally promised Nov. 17th 2019 as a delivery date for our video, which has been pushed back 6 times with different dates of delivery on each for our final video product with audio. We believe that *** and I put it extraordinary efforts to be accommodating to *** and company, but are now exhausted of our remaining goodwill, and are unsure if there is even audio or video footage of our wedding day for which we paid. We have collected our correspondence with *** and *** and organized them into the "Photography Timeline" PDF for easier consumption.

11/2018 - Hired for both photography & cinematography
8/17/2019 - Wedding
11/17/2019 - Promised date of delivery for video products
12/12/2019 - *** informed client they will have video within a week
1/14/2020 - *** told client the video will be delivered in 24-48 hrs
1/17/2020 - *** told client the video will be delivered that night or morning of the next day
1/19/2020 - *** delivers highlight video, not full video
1/23/2020 - *** informs client they will have full video in 10-14 days
2/11/2020 - *** informs client they will have video by end of week

Company has violated contract due date. Keeps extending time that product will be delivered. Communication with this company is extremely difficult.
I booked Luminus Photography on 10/27/2019 as a videographer for mine and my husbands wedding on November 2, 2019. We paid $750.00 for their video services. According to our signed contract, we were supposed to receive a Wedding Highlight film within 30 days and all raw footage. It has been 80 days since agreed upon contract date and I have received neither. After many attempts to receive more information, I was finally contacted by the owner *** I was given many personal excuses as to why I haven't received my video. Communication has been extremely difficult with this company, at times being ignored or taking up to a week to receive a response. Company keeps promising services will be delivered in 1-2 weeks, but that time comes and goes; then they extend it another 1-2 weeks. I have copies of every interaction (email/Facebook messenger) from the very beginning with Luminus Photography if that is requested. I also have the contract and invoice/payment transactions.

We signed up with Luminus and spoke to *** who we were told ran the business with his fiancé *** In our contract we are supposed to receive a 90 minute engagement session - 2 photographers - 8 hrs of wedding day coverage - Cinnama highlight video. We had multiple issues with our engagement shoot and it was also cut short. We only had 1 photographers at that time as well. On Monday February 10th I was told by *** that *** and her are no longer in business together and that she would find someone else to shoot our wedding or do it a lone. This is not what we have agreed on and she is not willing to give us our money back. There are also 15 other brides that are waiting on services from the company as well. We have asked her about this and we continue to get no where or get help from her or our money back.
