Lumon staff were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and great to work withFrom the get go, Lumon took the time needed to understand our visionLumon accommodated our work hours and secured our trust in handling anything in our absence Lumon took our vision and executed it amazingly We are so happy with our project If we had any concerns or questions along the way, staff responded promptly and sought resolutions respectfully, addressing our needs right away Staff cleaned up after themselves after each working day While our project started a little later than expected, it was not by much and finished relatively on the schedule relayedWhile inquiring about this, staff responded quickly and alleviated our concerns, communicating with us the status of our project in every stage The only thing I wish was included in the project, which I am sure it could be if we had paid extra, was the staining of our beams & posts That took a few weekends with first sanding, cleaning and then applying a few coats of varnish A lot of hours in labour on our end, but the result looks stunning However, if you are using other materials or painting, the process may not be so grueling At least there are options With my husband needing assurance the structure is solid and built to high industry standards, and my need to have anything to do with our house ascetically pleasing, I can say without hesitation, Lumon was able to achieve this and better While you may be paying more in price than other companies, it certainly makes up for in valueOur house value has definitely increased with our cover patio and added living spaceQuality of life has also improved The "Wow Factor" is there and our neighbors have certainly taken note Thank you Lumon Trust, security and design were key elements in who we were looking to hire and you certainly delivered

Lumon provided us with top quality patio covers, our neighbors are constantly asking who did the workWe are very proud to let them know it was Steve *** and his team that professionally installed both our front and back yard patio covers
They have great curb appeal and are an excellent value
We can personally say that if we are to ever need to build again the obvious choice will be with Lumon!
Lumon also provided an excellent solution to our open carport by installing windows intended for sun roomsThis proved to be an amazing idea to stop wind and debris from blowing in all winter long
We can't thank Steve and his team enough, we will be enjoying their fine craftsmanship and quality material for many years to come!!

If you want a QUALITY awning Lumon is the ONLY one to get. We paid several thousand dollars from another local awning company and had nothing but trouble with it and the company. It leaked in several areas and they stalled for over six months before even coming to look at it. We got so frustrated we decided to cut our losses and get one installed by Lumon. We have not had one single problem with it or Lumon We love it. The company was so helpful. The installers were so very polite and professional. They took down the leaky awning and installed the new one in one day. It not only looks fantastic it keeps is cooler on the hot days and dry on the wet days! If you are looking for an awning and want quality in product and service I would definitely suggest you contact Lumon.
