We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry a few years ago Up until that time every rain we had brought water into our basement Our home was built in and we felt there wasn't anything that could be done to take care of the problem Everdry assured us they could and they did We couldn't have been happier with the workers and the results On two different occasions we experienced our air circulator working harder than normal, we called and they had a workman here very quickly and the problem was taken care of within minutes We highly recommend Everydry if you want your basement dry and usable Thank you Everdry!

I have seen the advertisements on tv and radio and my expectations were based on theseHowever, this was not my experienceI purchased a home with an Everdry warranty and before purchase, there was a water leak in the basement that was to be fixed by the ownerWe were told it was fixed prior to purchaseWe've had subsequent leaksIn a statement from Everdry, they've stated that the leak they claimed to have previously fixed is outside of their scope and they are under no obligation to honor the transferred warranty from the previous ownerHowever, they strongly encourage me to pay the yearly warranty feeProblem they were called in to fix hasn't been fixed and they will not fix it now that the previous owners are gone
