Luna Collision

Review: At a collision site on a highly traveled urban highway, our daughter was on hold with [redacted] for a tow truck. A Luna truck driver showed up and told our daughter regarding [redacted]..."same thing, we can take care of it" so he towed our vehicle. We were shocked to learn the next day that they did not, could not, and would not work with [redacted] and our bill was $550 to get the car off of the lot to our repair site. This is a summary of the price gouging charges: $280 for the tow, $60 for labor, $60 for a gate fee, $75 storage for the day of the accident and $75 storage for the next day when we had it towed off of their lot. In addition, the woman at Luna was extremely rude, using profanity to my husband and to our repairman on the telephone and to my daughter and her friend when they retrieved the car. I do not recommend using Luna's services. A similar market value tow charge in the area a week earlier from another company was only $128.Desired Settlement: Refund of the gate fee, the labor charge, and reduction of the tow charge to match the market value for the area. Total disputed amount is $312.
