I am rejecting this response because:
The quality of the carpet is very poor and not the quality of carpet that was described during the sale. Luna needs to replace this carpet with good quality carpet that will hold up AT THEIR COST. I shouldn't have to be responsible for their mistake, they need to cover the new product and their labor to install it or they can refund all of my money and I can go to a reliable company.

Had Luna schedule to install carpet on stairs (a small job 400.00) they never showed up the first day and didn't call to tell us. They rescheduled two days later and never showed up again. Call Customer service and they said the carpet still wasn't ready and that they person who was going to,call and tell us left for the day. Terrible service wouldn't recommend this company to anyone a 2 year old could run a better business they the people running this one.

To begin, I wish I had read reviews about Luna prior to my purchase from them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Luna. My husband and I recently purchased a Condo and decided to do some remodeling before we moved in. We had the unit completely painted all the way through which cost us over $1100 dollars. A week later we got a few estimate on carpet and laminate floors. We decided to go with Luna, not because they were cheaper but they seemed to be more dependable since the other company had a schedule mix up and never showed. We had two bedrooms carpeted and the living room/dining room/hall and entranceway with the laminate flooring. This cost us more than $3,000.
I can’t tell you how much we regret making that decision, not because they didn’t do a good job on the installation but because they damaged/scratched my running boards while taking up the old carpet in both bedrooms. This damage was so bad that that the boards had to be sanded down and repainted which cost us another $250.00. (We also have pictures of the damage).
I contacted Luna a few days later after noticing the damage and they stated that they would send someone out the access the damage. This took a couple of weeks and by the time they scheduled someone to come out, we had moved into the Condo. We were told by Luna that if they had to move any furniture that there would be a charge. We took it upon ourselves to move the furniture because we weren’t about to pay them anymore money to see damage that their people did. On the day the person came out to see the damage, he was in the unit for approximate 45 seconds and that’s not an exaggeration. He glanced at the damage in the first bedroom and stated that this was not damage that was done by their guys and left without any other comments. He acted as if he was intimidated in the house with me and my 84 year old husband.
I again call Luna and informed them of what happened and they stated that they would send someone else out. This was scheduled about a week later. On the day of the scheduled appointment, of course we waited all day because they give you a time frame. About 6:30, we made a call to Luna to see if they were still coming and was told that there would be no further communication as it was determined that the damage was not done by their employees.
I am furious at this point and I will be writing the president of Luna as well as filing a report to the [redacted] and whoever else deemed necessary. Not only did they damage our property after we made a $3,000+ purchase, they insulted us as if we were flat out lying.

The local office spoke with the customer  and confirmed that the 4 additional boxes were received. Customer has 2 and 4 were dropped off for a total of 6 boxes.
