The experience of working with Luna has far exceeded our expectations. The salesperson at the store in Naperville, Kevin, spent a lot of time with us and helped us identify the best carpeting to meet our needs. The install team of Roberto, Robert, Jorge, and Jesus, were absolutely remarkable professionals. Each of them is very hardworking, detail-oriented, and concerned that their work is perfect in every way. They even helped us move our furniture. If you are currently considering another company, I would strongly advise you to turn to Luna. We are so happy that we did! Product and workmanship at this company is amazing. Thank you!

While I still find the business' overall customer service regarding this issue to be extremely poor due to needing to contact them multiple times just to get to this point, they took our complaint with you seriously and I ultimately find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I hope the business makes improvements to their customer service practices so that other customers do not have to jump through as many hoops and have as many headaches requiring repeated calls to multiple locations to resolve issues as I have had.

I purchased $7000.00 worth of carpeting but it turned out to be bad guality and most of it started unravelingbin strings. I contacted the company more than two weeks ago and they promised to investigste the matter in 24 hours. It's been over two weeks and everyday they promise to get back to me in 24 hours. This is s company that is dishonest and no one should ever do business with them
