Review: On Sepetember 2, 2015, I purchased two gift Spa packages from Luna Maya and was given the [redacted] Rate of S60 per coupon. However, after I let the receipents know that I had bought them a spa package from Luna Maya, they did some research and discovered that last year this place was shutdown due to prostitution that was being conducted at the establishment. When I called to see if I could get a refund, they told me I needed to speak to the manager. They gave me their ([redacted]) contact number and I did. Once I finally got in contact with her, I explained the situation and asked for a refund. She informed me that the people who were involved in that incident are no longer their. I told her that although that may be true, the people are not comfortable going there for their spa treatment because of this. She said ok, give her a minute, she will call me back and after two months of trying, I have yet to speak with [redacted] again.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of the $130. However, if I cannot, I at least want the Revdex.com to be aware of this establishment and why people may be disgruntled and want a refund after later they discover this place was busted for prostitution just over a year ago.
