credit to anyone for any issue. Ever .The most I have done is paid for 1 maybe 2 nights hotel when I could not get the air conditioning fixed , certainly not a full  month for a water leak. Also He worked for me for a very long time, and was a close personal friend, and knew my polices and would never make that offer and I was in constant communication with him and texted him every day until he passed away and he told me of every little issue and he never mentioned that he gave you any credit. Because it didn’t happen. If you have so many texts from a man who just had throat surgery why don’t you have a text of something as important as this? Why, after he texted you so many times would he actually call you and stress his throat to tell you that you get free rent? Because it didn’t happen and at the end of the day as any Lawyer will tell you and the Judge will tell you, you do not get free rent for any maintenance issue. You still had full use of all the facilities and I can’t wait to show the judge the condition of my property. You have to pay rent. And Why , when ALL of my other tenants called me within 3 days of my communication letter to tell me how sorry they worry and acknowledge the new rent payment process  did you never contact me ? If I was promised free rent the first thing I would have done would be to contact the owner and let him know. You would have never contacted me at all if I had not knocked on your door on October 15th. I am not going to go back and forth with you; we obviously disagree so we will let the judge decide.[redacted]OwnerLuna Verde([redacted]My property Manger worked for me for many years before he passed away and knew my policies well. The most I have every credited a tenant would be $100 for a hotel if I could not get the air conditioning repaired. I would / he would never promise an entire months credit for a water leak when she had full use of all the apartments facilities. In addition , my manger [redacted] who passed away from complications of having his tonsil removed so he could not speak the last 2 weeks of his life so all communications were via text and she has all his texts regarding the work being done to repair the leak but cannot produce one about “free rent”  She said he “called “ her .
