When I decided to renovate my bathroom I couldn't decide which contractor to use, then I saw an ad and coupon for Total Bath TransformationsI did call a couple other contracters as well; however, Total Bath turned out to be the only contractor who showed up for the appointment and on time I originally just wanted to replace the tub with a washower, due to medical issues and also the toilet When the rep, Teddy, showed up he also brought samples with himGood for him, bad for me By the time he left I had totally redone my bathroom He stated he would need 3-days to complete the job with one extra day for the unknownHe also said that he would not start the job until all items were in his warehouse Teddy called and notified us that all pieces were in and could we set up a start dateA Monday was the start date He showed up on time, his helper laid down tarps from the front door, up the steps and down the hall to the bathroomBy the time days and went by, the bathroom as I knew it, was goneThe electrician installed the light in the shower and the painter worked on Thursday Friday was the day everything was finished and double checked I have never worked with a contractor who cleaned up after himself every dayIt was like no one was ever here, except for obvious reasons The electrician was pleasant to work with, he did his job and was gone before we knew itThe painter was also a pleasure to work withHe noticed our wood bannister was loose and he fixed it without even asking As a matter of fact I asked the painter to do additional work for us We are pleased with our beautiful barhroom Everyone who has seen it absolutely loves it I don't usually deal with young companies, but with this company it was a win-win for both of us I would highly recommend Total Bath Transformations to anyone and everyoneAs a matter of fact we have already recommended them to a friendHopefully they will use them and be as satisfied as we are
