Company insists refund issued but Bank has no record of refund.
10/11/17-ordered trial samples of LunAmore and Lunacell
10/26/17-$89.13 & $95.13 charged to debit card
11/7/17-product returned-confirmed by company-full refund due
1/31/18-I called to check on refund-was told refund would be sent 3-4 days
2/22/18-I called-was told refund sent 2/1/18. My account showed no refund. Was given transaction #s. My Bank had no such transactions #s
2/31/18-spoke to Ricky and was told refund was being now sent by US mail- never recieved
3/9/18-spoke to Ryan-he would look into it and send me an email by 3/12 about refund-never received
3/14-spoke to Salvio-insisted refund sent 2/1-told to call back to talk to a supervisor on 3/16
3/16/18-called and no supervisor available
3/27/18-called and was told the refund will be reprocessed and will get by 1st week in April
4/4/18-insisted refund sent 2/1-told to dispute original charges with my bank. Bank will only dispute charges less than 60 days old
4/6/18-spoke to Wilson-insisted refund sent 2/1- I asked to speak with a Supervisor-was disconnected.I called right back and was told to call at 4:00 pm to speak with a Supervisor. I called back and spoke with Wilson,Supervisor, and he kept insisting his records show a refund was made on 2/1.I told him I went to my bank and their records do not show any refund. Said he called my bank and they received it.Then just kept repeating that the refund was sent.

I then called the bank to see if I had any recourse. The bank still had no record of a refund on 2/1 or any other time to present and since the transaction was over 60 days, they could not investigate any further. I called the company back and spoke to Wilson again because the Supervisor was no longer available. I asked what account number this refund was sent to. He gave me my account number so there was no error in sending it to the wrong account. Then he told me he would send an email to their finance department to look into this and I should call back Monday. That's what they told me before.
They have their product and I'm out $184.26 There is something wrong going on with this company.

Desired Outcome

I want my $184.26 back as is their satisfaction guarantee

We will send out a check.

Customer Response • Apr 12, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I sent the February bank statement 4/12/18 to the address on their web site( [email protected]) since they did not provide me with an email address in their response. In my email I informed them I would wait until4/20/18 to receive the check. If it doesn't arrive by then, I will get back to the Revdex.com.

LunAmore Response • Apr 17, 2018

Hello,

You will need to contact that customer service email with your full name and address where you would like a refund check to be sent.

Customer Response • May 01, 2018

The date by which I should have received the refund check has come and gone with NO CHECK! It must have gotten lost in the mail! This company is a FRAUD and should be dealt with as such.

I ordered a trial sample of the skin cream and paid 4.95 for it. After that I was charger 95.99nto my account and did NOT authorize it.I finally have
and paid 4.95 for it. Right after I received it, I was charged 95.00 to my account which I did not authorize it.I am a senior citizen with a limited income and can't afford this. Can you advise me as what to do? Thanks

Desired Outcome

I would love to have a refund for the 95.00

LunAmore Response • Jan 17, 2018

Good Afternoon Consumer and Revdex.com,

This customer has already called customer service and has returned their product. They were refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in their account.

FRAUD. This company offered a free trial that was misleading appeared to be free then put $344.74 of unauthorized charges on my credit card.
On 11-16-17 I signed up for a free product trial offer for shipping charges only. They said that they would send me an additional trial size of LunAmore for shipping charges only. On 11-16-17 I was charged $4.95 as Nutraflex diet and $6.95 as Nutrall Nutrahealthy for shipping charges for this cream; and the products were sent to me several days later. On 12-25-17 I was looking at my credit card transaction online and I found 4 additional charges on my credit card totaling another $345.00 approximately that I had not agreed to or was even aware of! I was sent two more jars of LunAmore cream mailed to me on 12-24-17 and on 12-26-17 and I did not sign up for their subscriptions. I put in a search for LunAmore on the internet and 14 sites popped up on the 1st page alone so who knows how many people are being taken advantage of by these scammers. They did not state that I would be charged more money later or even given a price for their product. LunAmore stated on their web site that it was flying off the selves hurry before it runs out. I called their number on 12-26-17 at 866-251-4950 to tell them I did not want their subscriptions or their product and that I was sending it all back and that I hadn't used or opened any of the jars. So on 12-26-17 one box that was never opened I dropped off to the post office with return to sender and all the other products I returned in one box with 2 day shipping usps tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX with $200.00 insurance in case they claimed it was lost in the mail. When speaking to LunAmore on the phone on 12-26-17 they stated that they would not refund my money except for one transaction on 12-20-17 for $71.35 when they received the product back. I did not agree to buy any of their products ever but only to shipping charge to try their product. They used different names on the charges in order to hide their charges such as Nutrflex Nutraflex diet; Nutrall Nutrahealthy anhd Nutraflexskin. The prices for the same product also vary: $75.35 and $89.13; $89.13 and $95.13;different shipping charges for the same product again of $4.95 and $6.95. They used different names and charged different amounts for the exact same product on my credit card hoping that it wouldn't be noticed.
I have contacted them several times and sent them an email on 1-8-18 and again on 1-9-18 because the 1st email didn't go thru. I have asked for a complete reversal of all charges on my credit card. they did credit me for $71.35 and $89.13 but refuse to refund the rest of my money because according to them I didn't cancel in 14 days which I couldn't do because I wasn't aware that they had charged. I filed acomplaint with the FBI on them and this is fraud according to Wikipedia's definition.

Desired Outcome

I want a complete refund for ALL 4 unauthorized charges on my credit card which now is: 11-30-17 $95.13 and 11-30-17 for $89.13 ASAP.

LunAmore Response • Jan 12, 2018

Good Afternoon Consumer and Revdex.com,

This is in no way FRAUD. This customer is not aware of how any off the way and process this offer works.

This is why we have terms and conditions that a customer has to agree to before purchase.

We have a 14 day trial of the full sized kit. After the 14 day period ends, the customer is then billing and placed on a once a month program for each product they order.

Please review our site here: http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

This customer was already refunded for the 71.35 and the 89.13 they were charged in the month of December because they returned the product within the 30 day period.

This case on this costumer is now closed.

False Advertising and product not received
On approx. 11/14/17 I responded to an add by Lun Amore on the internet for 1 free bottle & 1 free jar of woman's skin care product. all I had to do was pay for shipping and handling which was billed to my Wells Fargo Credit card on 11/14/17. I just received my new statement from *** where Lun Amore billed me twice for $95.13 and twice for$89.13
Bill date 11/28/17 order #XXXXXXXADS66E8SP6 NUTRAFX*NUTRAFLEXDIET 844-6394714 FL Amt. of $95.13
11/28/17 Order XXXXXXXADHVXLMOBP NUTRA LLC 844-639-4714 FL Amt. $89.13
12/16/17 Order #XXXXXXXAZHVXPFM21 NUTRAFX*NUTRAFLEXDIET 844-6394714 FL Amt. $95.13
12/16/17 Order #XXXXXXXAZHVXPFM21 NUTRA LLC
844-639-4714 FL Amt. $89.13
I never received the items that show a billing date of 11/28/17 Cost billed $95.13 and $89.13
The items billed on 12/16/17 I did receive and when I spoke to someone in Lun Amore customer relations they stated if I returned those 2 items they would issue a refund. However, they are not willing to issue a refund for the items I never received. The 2 items I received (bill date 12/16/17) are already in the mail to be returned to LUN AMORE)
I deeply feel this is a scam, misleading and also false advertising as when I sent in for the free samples there was no mention that I would be signing something where I would be sent these products on a monthly basis or bi-weekly basis or any mention at all that I would be receiving anything else from this outfit. I've heard there are other companies that pull this kind of scam on unsuspecting customers but all I'm interested in now is Lun Amore LLC. I have already mailed the 2 items billed for on 12/16/17. But, I would also like a refund for the items not received (Bill Date 11/28/17)
Hen I called 844-639-4714 all I get is a message "We're sorry, your call did not go through".
I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo and they were able to give me the following information

LUN AMORE LLC
7512 Dr. Phillips BLVD.
SUITE XX-XXX
Orlando, Fl. XXXXX
Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX

It's totally unfair that this outfit is allowed to get away with ripping off people like they're doing to me. Please help, I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income and can't afford to pay for something never received.

Desired Outcome

A refund of the items never received. billed 11/28/17 in the amounts of $95.13 & $89.13 FOR A TOTAL OF $184.26

LunAmore Response • Jan 10, 2018

Good Afternoon Consumer and Revdex.com,

I am not sure what this customer is talking about. We do not falsely advertise anything. We have very clear terms and conditions on our site that state that this is a trial.

Please review our site: http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

This customer just called to cancel with on January 3rd. We have not received their return.

They will be refunded once the return is received.

Customer Response • Jan 11, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have contacted the Credit Card Company *** to dispute the charges by Lun Amore LLC. They stated this company is well known by them and have received multiple complaints. They also stated their so called trial and the terms are so well hidden that most consumers don't even know they are there and what they are. On their advice I was told not to ship the products back to Lun Amore until Wells Fargo completes their investigation. You can look at several of their websites and all offer a free trial with no mention of purchasing any of their products after the trial period. Please look at the following sites:
www.lunamore.org Get Goddess Like Radiant Skin/free trial offer
www.lunamorerenewal.com Try a free bottle of this anti-aging serum
www.lunamore.net New anti-aging serum/free trial
There are more if you look for them
I never received the items I was billed for on 11/28/17 (See original complaint) therefore I should not have to pay for something I didn't get.
If Wells Fargo agrees with Lun Amore LLc I will return the unused portions of the items I was billed for on 12/16/17 which I did receive or if you agree, I will return those items. Their advertising is very deceptive. In the original ad I responded to they used the Actress Pauly Perrett as an example of what their product can achieve. It did not include anything saying that after the trial I would have to purchase anything further. All I had to do was pay shipping and handling. I do not remember the web address they used to sucker me in.
In my opinion Lun Amore LLC is very deceptive in their advertising on the internet and uses multiple sites to promote their so called "Free Trial" They are dishonest and their products do not live up to their claims.
They simply prey on women. See:
www.consumerhealthdigest.com/Lunamore_Scam/Truth_revealed.
Thank you for your time in considering my complaint.

Good Afternoon Consumer and Revdex.com,

None of those above sites are for our product. You can clearly see when you go to try to order the product on those sites, you get taken to a completely different product which is not ours.

Our terms and conditions are clearly displayed on our site: http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

This customers case is closed.

Customer Response • Feb 01, 2018

Lun Amore is still up to their tricks using several web sites to promote their products and nowhere on any of the sites does it state you are signing up for a subscription to continue buying their products. I previously sent you a list of the web sites and according to the reply they submitted to you their only site is lunamorerenewal.net. If you open that site they advertise a product I didn't receive. Also the billing comes through a company called Nutra LLC and NutraFX Nutraflex diet both list a phone number (844-639-4714 FL) which can not be reached. I have attached a copy of my credit card statement that shows the billing. I Googled NutraFlex and when I called them they stated they have nothing to do with LunAmore or it's products and can't explain why their company shows up on my credit card Also when you Google Lun Amore LLC you can see how many sites they have. If I purchased their products directly from Lunamore then why doesn't my credit card show a charge from them .
Also on your own website Revdex.com of West Florida I noticed that you opened a case against them and they still have not responded to you. Also, there are other complaints against them. I spoke with a customer service rep from my credit card company and they have not responded to them either. They are not accreditated by the Revdex.com of West Florida so I'm not sure if you can do anything about their deceptive, fraudulent advertising.I just hope you are able to do something about them.

Placed a promotional skin care product order at no charged except shipping costs. Lunamore continued shipping the product and charging our bank card.
Subject: LunAmore LLC Dispute of $641.91

Jun 19, 2017: Chase bank card charged for shipment $6.95 from Elite White FL
Received 2 sample trial sometime after this charge.
1. Jul 5, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $89.13 from Elite White FL
2. Jul 5, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $95.13 from Illumi White FL
3. Jul 19, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $95.13 from Illumi White FL
4. Jul 20, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $89.13 from Elite White FL
5. Aug 22, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $89.13 from Nutra Limited Sleep FL
6. Sept 5, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $95.13 from Nutra Energy Now FL
7. Sept 21, 2017: Chase bank card charged for $89.13 from Nutra Limited Sleep FL
Total charges (Items 1-7) = $641.91

Placed order for trial testing of skin care product approximately mid Jun2017. I was not aware that by trialing this product I was entering into a subscription. There was no verbiage on the packing slip on the trial shipment indicating a cancellation deadline to prevent a full blown subscription. I began receiving a bottle per box totaling 3 additional shipments, beyond the trial. I did not use the additional product. I was not in agreement with this subscription or the large charges to my bank card. I began the process of cancelling the account, returning the 3 additional shipments received, and request a refund.

Aug2017, spoke with Ron W., case #***. He told me the subscription was cancelled and I would receive an email confirmation. He instructed me to return the product to LunAmore. Upon receipt of the return, a credit to my bank card would be issued. I returned 3 shipments (packaged in a single box) via USPS, tracking number ***.

After cancelling the account, and taking a closer look at my bank statement, I realized there was a total of 7 charges from various payees, associated with LunAmore LLC. This presented a new problem because I did not receive products correlating to each of these charges.

On Dec 6, 2017, after realizing no credits were issued to my account, I contacted LunAmore. I spoke with a customer service representative, Savio. At this point, he issued a 2nd case #***. My experience was less than satisfactory from this representative as well. After looking at my account, he stated he had no record of my return. Once I provided the tracking number, he put me on hold for an extensive period of time. When he finally returned, he acknowledged they in fact received my return.

However, he was less than cooperative regarding issuing a full refund. According to Savio, their return policy could not honor a credit for products shipped in June-July. This policy was not communicated to me by the first representative, Ron. Savio did agree to issue a credit for the later shipments, which we never received. After expressing my disagreement with all these charges, Savio recommended I work with my bank to dispute the charges. In the meantime, all this was very confusing because I had received only 3 shipments and was charged for a total of 7 shipments. To date, I have not received any refund for the 3 shipments or the extra charges that hit my account, totaling $641.91.

On Dec 6, 2017: Got Chase Bank involved. They stated they did not have the authority to refund our money. Chase recommended I register a complaint with the Revdex.com, as your organization has more authority with these disputes.

This company's activation process, erroneous charges, multiple vendor names, cancellation procedures, return/refund policies, and customer service do not serve the consumer in a fair and professional manner. The underhanded approach of LunAmore LLC in their marketing/sales and service is deceptive. Their method of marketing ensnares and confuses the consumer to fall prey to this charade. I wonder how many others have fallen victim to this scam and simply remain silent. Thank you for your help in this matter. I trust it will come to a speedy resolution and we can move on.

Desired Outcome

A total refund of $641.91.

LunAmore Response • Jan 10, 2018

Good Afternoon Customer and Revdex.com,

This customer ordered from Luna Amore. They ordered the full sized products to try for 14 days. After the 14 day trial ends, the customer then goes into a once a month program.

Please review our site here: http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

Our site is PCI compliant as well as secure with security check out check box systems. This ensures that the customer is aware of the program and charges.

This customer could have called and cancelled at anytime. They chose to continually receive products from our company for 4 months. They did not call until the very end of the 4th month. They do not have a return on file with our company. This customer also tried to dispute legitimate charges and that is why Chase Bank ruled this as authorized transactions.

This customer had a 30 day return policy on their products. They are now past their return policy.

They will have to provide their zip code and street address to the finance team for a review of a good faith credit.

Customer Response • Jan 16, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Vendor: "They do not have a return on file with our company."
Customer: Disagree, after multiple calls (addressed in complaint) and speaking with multiple customer service reps, we agreed all products received were returned unopened for a full refund. See USPS tracking document attached indicating receipt of the return to Luna Amore. In addition to the issue of the returned product, we are disputing charges to our account for product we never received (see attached). Refunds for both scenarios have not been received.
Vendor: "This customer also tried to dispute legitimate charges and that is why Chase Bank ruled this as authorized transactions."
Customer: Our bank, as a 3rd party, informed us they did not have authority to reverse the charges because they could not validate which products were or were not received. Our bank recommended we go to the Revdex.com to file a claim to dispute these transactions for a refund as their authority in these matters is limited.
In summary:
First, all unopened products were returned. Second, unauthorized charges where no product was ever received by us, is being disputed. Third, a full refund of $641.91 is expected.
The vendor is asking to: "...provide their zip code and street address to the finance team for a review of a good faith credit." Since the Revdex.com web site states this response may be publicly posted on the Revdex.com web site, we will not provide our zip code and street address in this reply. We anticipate the vendor will have access to the information they require both through this compliant and also the information Luna Amore already has on file. If not, we need to provide the information in a more discreet forum. In addition, the expectation of having to contact, yet another person at Luna Amore is another example of Luna Amore attempting to avoid resolution in a timely manner.

LunAmore Response • Jan 18, 2018

Hello ***,

Please review the terms and conditions on our site here:

http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

You are not due $641. 91 in refunds at all. We have a 30 day return policy on our items.

Please provide the tracking number for your stated return of items.

We do not have any returned product from you on file.

NO WHERE IN THE AD ON FACEBOOK DID THE COMPANY SHOW THAT I WOULD BE SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION AND HAD TO CANCEL IN 14 DAYS.
On 10/16 and 10/17/17 I was charged 5.95 and 6.95 for shipping for a trial size lunamore/lunacell. I ordered this through facebook. No where did it say that this was a subscription or that I had 14 days to cancel before being charged $150+. I On 10/30/17 I was first charged $89.13 for nutraFX and it said recurring on my bank statement. That is when I emailed the company that I wanted to cancel. I received a reply stating that the only way to cancel was by telephone. So I called and requedted to cancel and then waited for the product to arrive. it never came so I called back on 12/5/17 and was told about the 14 day policy and that the charges were for my trial size. I was told that everything is clearly marked on the website and I went back and could not find anything except for the link the Revdex.com provides. I feel totally taken advantage of and I want my Money back a total of $160.48

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $160.38.

LunAmore Response

Hello Consumer and Revdex.com,

I believe that this consumer is confused on how the offer works. We advertise our products as free 14 day trials. We have our terms and conditions and agreement check boxes on our site that make the customer read and agree to the terms of the offer before purchase.

Please review our site here: http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

There was absolutely no false advertisement in anyway.

This customer had every chance to do a return with our company and chose not to do so. Our customer service team is very easy to work with. The customer was billed for the 2 products they received and kept past the 14 day trial.

The 14 day trial is the full sized products to try for the 14 period of no billing. Customer can call and cancel at anytime. We even give customers 30 days to return any products they do not want.

This customer has not returned anything to our company at this time.

Shady advertising with unseen monthly subscription.
Customer Service having disregard for returns or issuing a RA # for a refund.
I ordered a sample of their cream for my wife and I was charged the initial 5.95(?) for my sample which I approved! And then 4 other payments of $95.13 before I noticed it on my CC statement. I called for two days in a row and got a busy signal then found their website and tracked down an email address. Sent email stating I did not order these wanted a refund and please send me a return authorization #. they said we cant settle disputes over the email you have to call in...uggghh. Took me another 2 days to finally get someone on the phone and told him to cancel my "subscription" that I DID NOT sign up for and give me a RA#. He put me on hold and 20 minutes later I was disconnected.
sent two more emails asking for RA# with no response.
I still have the product in the original boxes that were sent, one box not even opened. I want to return this product as requested and receive a refund for the 4 payments of 95.13 each. I will pay for shipping and my trial price that I did authorize.

Desired Outcome

A return Authorization # to be provided so I can return the unopened product for a refund that I tried for before. Then a refund of $380.52 that I was charged without any knowledge.

LunAmore Response

Hello,

We do not have a busy signal on our lines. We do not in any way have shady advertising.

Our website is completely clear and compliant. Please review it here: http://www.lunamoreskin.com/

I cannot even locate this customer in our system at all.

Was it ordered under a different name?

This may be what is holding up customer service in properly locating the account.

I sent back product in the beginning of August and have not yet received credit to my account. I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply
I purchased a "free trial size" of LunAmore Eye Cream for $6.95 shipping and was given another offer of a free trial size face cream to try for another $6.95 shipping in July off a Facebook ad. I received my trials just fine and maybe used them 4 times in 3 weeks. After a couple of weeks I was billed $89.13 & $95.13 for both items which was never verified with me. I called the company and spoke with James and he said after 14 days they bill out for full price and we get put on an automatic monthly autoship plan. I canceled the monthly plan right away and got their address to return both items. I returned them via UPS, tracking 1Z5EXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) on August 2nd and tracking shows that they received those items on August 7th. On September 5th I e-mailed customer service with the information and asking how long it typically takes to receive credits. I received an email back from James giving me a phone number and saying they only discuss account details over the phone due to privacy policy. From that date on until Oct. 5th I had called 2 different times, both times talking to James, promising that they were opening my credit and it would show in the bank the next week. I was told that my bank put a restriction towards receiving credits from them, so I called my bank and they verified that there was never a credit from this company that was ever attempted. I called again on Oct. 5th for the third time and was told that I was suppose to e-mail their finance department and give them an order number and it would be taken care of. My order number was XXXXXX and the email for finance department is [email protected] I e-mailed the "finance department" email on Oct. 5th, which is ironically the same email address as customer service address from the very first email in September, and have never received any response from them. I tried reaching out one last time on Oct. 23rd to let them know my frustration but again received nothing back.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the two amounts that they have promised to credit back to my bank account. Those amounts are $89.13 and $95.13.

LunAmore Response

Hello Ms.,

I apologize as I have not received your emails properly. I have tried to refund your account already. If you card was cancelled or Blocked, it may have not went through.

I will make sure we get a check out to you with the address on file.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I will keep my eyes open for the check, but I did check with my bank again and both times it was said that there was tried attempts of depositing money into my account by LunAmore seems to be false statements. My bank shows absolutely no attempts made by the company to deposit any money into my account. My card has never been cancelled and there has never been anyone blocked from this account. I am hoping that I can actually trust that a check will actually be mailed out to my address as I have a major lack of any trust with this company after being lied to so many different times.
