Lunar Electric, Inc.

Review: In July 2013, I hired Lunar Electric, Inc. to install a generator and perform various electrical updates to my home, located at [redacted]. I entered into an agreement with [redacted] from Lunar Electric, wherein he agreed to perform the aforementioned work. Despite the agreement stated above and despite the fact that I paid Lunar Electric approximately $26,000.00, Lunar Electric has failed to complete the agreed upon work. Specifically, Lunar Electric has failed to install the generator, complete the repair of the fuse box, repair light switches (which is a potential fire hazard), and perform other electrical upgrades. In addition, one of the video cameras installed by Lunar Electric does not work properly. Since collecting $26,000.00 in payment approximately 2 months ago, Lunar Electric has failed to return to my home to complete the agreed upon work. Lunar Electric has also failed to respond to my calls and a letter from my attorney, dated 10/*/2013.Desired Settlement: I request that Lunar Electric return to my home to complete the work agreed to or that Lunar Electric refund me the amount of $26,000.00 which I paid.
