12/7=Spoke w Mr***Business said the warranty is not for years, it is for yrsHowever, the items customer has concerns about were not covered by the Loss Statement to the Insurance CompanyBusiness has returned to customer's house five or six times since the roof was installed in late to answer his questions, explain work that was done, and address his concernsThe leak customer refers to was present prior to the roof installed, as noted in the Insurance ReportA follow up inspection by the Insurance Company to insure all work was completed in accordance with the Loss Statement was conducted by the end of July 2016, and business was paid in full by Insurance CompanyBusiness has addressed points raised by other roofing company in an email to customer of August 3rd(copy on file with Revdex.com) Customer needs additional work done that has nothing to do with the roof installBusiness will not do this for free

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was no leak into the residence until after A&D performed the roof repair. After A&D "completed" the work the roof consistently leaked during any rain. Since the lack of cooperate by the part of the business I have had to take action and get the roof repaired to fix the leak into the residence, with still more items that need to be fixed that were missed by A&D. The insurance company never returned to the residence to ensure all the work was completed. I have contacted the insurance company several times and they state they are not accountable for returning to a site to ensure the work was completed. Multiple items the insurance company agreed to pay to be replaced did not get replaced.
