I am rejecting this response because: I did give him a "quick phone call" when we noticed that he had not rehooked up the air handler. He said we would have to pay him again for him to do it. And as for all this communication going back and forth, he justifies his actions, and says he wants it to end well, but offers no suggestions on how to achieve that. [redacted] knows what he would like, a small refund. But if Mike is not willing to do that or offer another suggestion that can help to resolve this dispute, then I don't see the point in continuing these emails. Maybe he is a fine worker and a fine businessmen, and others would vouch for that. But have not had that experience with him. If Mike doesn't want to resolve this situation, other than justifying his actions, we don't see the need to continue. But we will not use him again, nor recommend him to others.

I was a little surprised to see a complaint yesterdayI read it and thought the only true thing in the letter was that I was a little behind on my jobs and wasn't able to get there as soon as I thought*** had told me they just needed there electrical panel upgraded by the end of OctI
missed that date by a couple of days because I had to schedule a power outage with Xcel Energy and they were also busy like alwaysI had talked to *** prior and he said not a big dealI always try and let customers know my schedule, if I'm behind or early I met with *** and gave her a verbal estimate for $plus an inspection fee, which is unknown till everything is complete and added upI sent them a invoice for exactly $and $for inspection, which was finaled and approved by the state board of electricityI thought they were very nice people, easy to work for and talk toI left the job with everything complete and as clean as it was when I got thereSo I really didn't expect this complaint. So as far as not finishing the job, it was completeThey were doing some wiring of they're own in the basement that was not complete yet, so I never put the new wire they ran, in the electrical panel I installed When *** called and talked to me the only complaint she had was that not all the new breakers in the panel were labeled for there purposeI told her I labeled everthing that I knew of from the old panel, and if she wanted everything labeled, I can come back and trace out everything and label them, but not for freeBecause they were unknown to begin with Hopefully this clears things up because this has literally given me a sick stomachI always try to be the nicest, easy to get along person I can be and don't want anyone to feel that way about me or my business! Thank-you Mike Lundebrek

If I forgot to put a wire in the panel that was in there in before I started I'm sorry for not seeing that when I was thereSometimes things get over looked and can be corrected by a quick phone callI thought we left on a good note and can end on a good note once we get this issue resolved

If I forgot to put a wire in the panel that was in there in before I started I'm sorry for not seeing that when I was there. Sometimes things get over looked and can be corrected by a quick phone call. I thought we left on a good note and can end on a good note once we get this issue resolved.
