Made an appt and when I showed up they said I did not have one. I had the email confirmation and still they said I did not have an appt. I stepped into the waiting area to make a call and saw my name on a monitor as " not checked in". When I pointed it out to the service tech, he said " that's a different system, you're not on my screen". Awful service, he offered no solution and was rude from the beginning.
