I am writing to you in regards to the recent letter you sent to us on 9/9/2016, informing us of a customer concern that was submitted to the Revdex.com by [redacted] of Memphis, TN on 9/7/2016.Prior to this complaint, we were in contact with the customer to resolve the issue internally. The customer...

called us to let us know that he was unsatisfied with the product due to the color that he received. We assured him that he could return the item and exchange it for the desired product, with no cost to him for shipping. We also indicated that we would refund him for both the product and the shipping costs once the item was received on our end. Unfortunately , he never returned the product, therefore, the return transaction was not completed.After the receipt of this concern from the Revdex.com, we reached out to the customer again to clarify why he hasn't returned the product so we could get him the right item. After a discussion, both parties resolved the issue to the customer and business owner's satisfaction. In addition, we have taken the following steps to ensure that this issue does not arise again:• Refund the shipping cost to the customer• Discussed with customer to ensure that proper communication between both parties is initiated first before taking heightened action (i.e. submitting concern to the Revdex.com)• Will upload new photos of the product in question to ensure accuracy for all intended purchases of this product for future customersIf you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at [redacted]
