Challenger
We took our Challenger to have a few things put on our Challenger they damaged our hood on the car and somehow, they used something to cover this up, so we didn't see the scratches on the hood until we took it through the car wash. My husband called them today about a few issues the woman that spoke to him did not even know what the hell she was talking about. She told my husband a year ago no men worked there REALLY! how stupid does this sound. She is trying to cover up with everything they did to our car we are done and will never take our car back there. When she was talking to him, she had no idea what she was talking about, and she was very rude and gave him a really hard time she should be fired!

I am very disappointed in the fence I had installed by this company The owner told me at the very beginning of the installation that the gate would need some extra support and he said he would be back to get that done After a few months, the gate came down from some wind storms we had, and we were finally able to get it back up temporarily We called the owner and he thought one of his men had already gone out and made extra support for the gate, but that was not the case Now the gate has come down a second time due to gusty winds, so we called once again to inquire about when the support would be taken care of We were told that he would have to order a part for it and it should be in shortly That was over three weeks ago and we have called three times and left messages, with no response back from him I am very discouraged and feel like I didn't get the proper work completed for the money I paid

Illegally built fence on my property without permission
My neighbor behind my house hired them to build a fenceThe neighbor told them to build it feet past their property line and onto my propertyThe fence company told the neighbor that wasn't their property to build there, but they did it anyways without my permission or ever asking meWhen I called the fence company to get it resolved, Stacey was rude and hung up on meI spoke with the owner *** about resolving it and the issue is still unresolvedWill update review when it's resolved

Robbie and his team were fast, professional and very easy to work with The quality of the work was very good and I am very happy with the finished product

Unreasonable charges for services. Not adequately explaining costs prior to service and what final amount would be.I brought my Honda CRV in to have the breaks looked at because they were making noises. They told me it would be about $95.00 and hour for labor. I said ok, thinking it would not take a long time. They found a rock in the brakes and fixed the problem. They then said they would do the 60,000 mile maintenance service for the car. I also agreed to have the front end aligned. When the service was complete I was presented a Bill for $603.15. This is an unbelievable amount of money for a maintenance service. There was only $93.16 in parts. They charged $486.78 for labor. The time they have listed was for just under 2.5 hours from start to finish. They presented me with the Bill for $603.15. At this point I had not option but to pay this Bill. I needed my car so I paid the Bill. This is such an unbelievable amount of money for the services rendered. I feel taken advantage of. This feels criminal to me. They did not even do the full service because I had just had some of it done at [redacted] a few weeks prior.Desired SettlementI am only looking for a refund of a reasonable portion of this bill. This is such an unreasonable amount of money. I am hoping for at least a $300.00 refund.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]We have made contact with [redacted] regarding his concern. [redacted] informed me that some of the services performed were already completed by another repair shop. I have explained to the customer that we would be happy to refund the portions of the service that had already performed. [redacted] said he would contact me back and supply a invoice for the previous work performed and I would get him a refund.

Purchased a used vehicle that dealership assured had newly replaced head gaskets, which was untruthful. Refuse to cover costly repairs. I purchased a 2009 [redacted] in [redacted] 2014. Prior to purchase, after looking at the service history on Carfax, I asked the dealership if the vehicle had a history of problems, and specifically if it had head gaskets problems as a repair appeared in the history. I was informed, in writing, by [redacted] that the head gaskets had been replaced because they were deemed to be less than 50% satisfactory. She cited the [redacted] lemon laws as the reason to replace vs. repair. Within just a few weeks & only about 700 miles later the engine overhead light began to appear. I stopped by a local mechanic on [redacted] (I live out of state in ** and not near [redacted] and was informed that my coolant was a bit low and they topped me off. The light went away but reappeared again on [redacted] I stopped into a nearby mechanic that informed me that the overhead light was due to a faulty radiator cap, apparently a common issue with [redacted] Again the light went away temporarily. On [redacted] another mechanic again told me the coolant was low in response to the overheat light reappearing. Finally, after visiting my family 250 miles from home [redacted] the coolant reservoir began leaking/emptying and I took to a longtime mechanic who claimed to not find a problem (probably didn't want to deal with a HG) and suggested that I take it to a dealership, which I did on [redacted] The [redacted] dealership finally diagnosed as a head gasket issue (leaking, warped, contaminated engine fluids). They assured me that without a doubt the gaskets were NOT new replacements, it had likely been an ongoing issue, and furthermore that when they had removed the engine it was clearly marked as being from a salvage yard. So not at all what I was under the impression I was purchasing when I bought the vehicle!I contacted [redacted] at Lundgren Honda immediately the day it was diagnosed [redacted] but received no response for 3 days that he would look into it [redacted] and finally a real response on [redacted] prompted only by my continued contact. I was informed that there had been some 'confusion' and that original vehicle engine had been damaged beyond repair and a used engine had been used. No acknowledgement or apology that the confusion was due to their employee providing untruthful information. I was informed that since my 30 day warrantee had expired that it was not their problem. I made it clear that I saw this as having nothing to do with a warrantee since they misrepresented the vehicle and lied in response to a direct question about the service history. [redacted] at this point asked about the diagnosis and cost and informed me that they had a warrantee on the salvage engine and he'd look into it. It seems that the warrantee with the salvage yard had expired for the dealership because [redacted] informed me that they could have assisted me with the repairs had I contacted them before the work was carried out (I did contact him the same day before work was started but was ignored for days) but since the repairs were done it was out of their hands. I see this as a consumer fraud issue given that the dealership seems to have intentionally misrepresented the vehicle, given that they were untruthful about the repair I specifically inquired about. The 'not-repair that soon proved to be a major mechanical problem. To not offer any assistance toward the repair to correct the wrong, even if it was 'confusion' on the part of one of their employees, is poor if not unethical business practice.Desired SettlementTo cover the cost of necessary repairs (final repair only, not the string of 'minor' fixes leading up to the ultimate diagnosis) at the cost of [redacted]Business Response I have contacted the customer and informed her that we are working on a solution for this issue. We are still gathering information fromthe company that supplied us the used engine assembly that was installed at time of trade in to see what they can do for us and once we have all of our information we will get back to her with a solution proposal.
