You get what you pay for. Wanted to consolidate my lawn and pool service under one company. Lundgren & Son Lawn service advertises with "surf & turf special in "Savings in St. Lucie bulletin. Scope of work includes pool chemicals, brush down and vacuum for pool and cut, blow, edge and weed whack for lawn. I hired them, starting 1st of September. Should have known after the 1st week of what was to come. Out of 5 weeks of treatments I called and complained 3 times and could have called all 5.
Lawn service: mow as fast as they can is evident in the uneven cuts and missed areas. Didn't edge one week and said it was because it was too wet. Funny, it was dry enough to use their big riding mower! Terrible, uneven mowing.
Pool service: doesn't exist. Out of 5 "treatments, zero times my pool was swept. 3 times they just dropped a chlorine tablet in the filter basket...never vacuumed. Was told they ran out of chemicals, yet still managed to charge me full price.
