The owner [redacted]. Made many promises before the sale and never lived up to any of them. Ended up costing us an extra $2500 after the sale to get the things done he promised to do. Then refuses to pay for anything. Very dishonest business. We will never recommend this dealer for anything.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Again every remark Mr 
[redacted] has said  makes no sense
at all. Mr [redacted] made an agreement to deliver and setup the RV and failed to
do it. Now he refuses to pay for what I had to pay because of his failure to
uphold his agreement.  We had a contract
both verbal and written and he has failed to stand up to this agreement.  He should be held responsible and I will
accept no excuses for this. I think at this point the only solution for this is
in a court of law.

I have enclosed a copy of the purchase contract showing the new trailer  to be delivered to hemlok camp ground 
When Mr [redacted] first asked me about delivering the unit it involved 2 trailers the new one and a trade in later in the process
he decided not to do a trade in...

but added a 3rd trailer to the mixThe purchase price was for the trailer only  nothing was charged for the delivery or to set it upI also told Mr [redacted] it was dependent on the weather because of all the Rain that we have been getting  we got 5"  that week
I was told it was all hard and mostly Rock base and to still bring it on 6/19 it had been raining all morning
The only part that had a hard base was the drive way the rest was very very soft water logged  ground 
I also brought my skidsteer to help move the units because of how tight they are in the campground
 I was only able to move the first trailer about 4' before I got stuck with the skidsteer 
we then hooked up a tow strap to one of my pickups  to attempt to pull it out we then got out the first one 
And pushed it up the road  to the front of the campground after we put some air in the tires as 2 of the were flat 
I then told mr [redacted] that I was  sorry and that I could not move the other 2 units as it was way way to wet  and I told him that 
he needed to find a contractor or a Farmer with a 4 wheel drive tractor to move them or wait for the gound to dry up 
Mr [redacted] was not charged by me to deliver the trailer or to bring another truck & trailer to bring my skidsteer to the camp ground 
If the ground had been dry there should not have been any issues for me to get them moved it was just way to wet !!
I feel I should not be charged  for having the farmer do the moving or the set up  when Mr [redacted] was not charged for it in the first place

As far a Mr [redacted] Calling me a  lair he is wrong I do not charge for delivery never have un less it is over 70 miles one way
I do this as a courtesy for my customers  and have never added a penny to do it and have been doing this way  for years
and there was no delivery chg added to the price of the unit The price he paid was for the Trailer only 
As for the some of  his other comments I did not put his other unit in that camp ground I sold it new but if I remember right there is another dealers decal next to 
the entrance door from chippewa falls wi  that dealer took the unit in on trade and sold it to someone and   put the camper there
 June was the wettest June on record  you can only do so much when the ground turns to mud

Review: I purchased a RV and it was to be delivered and installed on my leased site at Hemlock Lake resort. The agreement was for him to removed a old camper from lot 5, Then move my old camper from my lot (#6) to lot 5 and install the new RV I purchased from him onto lot 6 and level and setup the new RV. H removed the one on lot 5 and then informed me he could not do the job as he lacked the proper equipment. Told me to find a contractor to do it. When I asked him for reimbursement , his comment was I beat him up to bad on the price so no. I then hired and paid another person to do the moving of the campers, a local farmer did that work for me.Desired Settlement: At this time I do not desire to have further business contact with this company.

I am sending a letter to him demanding payment of $750 for the moving of the trailers and an additional $500 for the setup and leveling.
