As stated before in the previous message we spoke on me getting the money together from my job with my pay check the car was at his shop for a little under two weeks and not once did he call me or write me a letter via mail as he stated telling me come pick up the car or it needs to be moved and still to this day has not tried contacting me telling me the car was no longer on his property so as I requested I want them to pay for my car to be out the impound I was more than able and willing to come pick up the car from his shop if proper notice was giving to me I had to report my car stolen to be able to find out where it was with blaine officers and they also stated that the car shop was supposed contact me and a week and half is not a proper time to have a car towed off property especially if I was planning on getting it fixed and again it was no contact from them than and still to this day so all I want is my car paid for by them out the impound and towed to my house hopefully we can resolve it here or else I will have to take it too civil court Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2016/01/07) */ Sorry he feels this wayIn the conversation I had on the phone after his car was impounded he thought Mike (the dealer he got the car from) had his carHe obviously didn't care enough to know what was going onHe had more than weeks to get the car and didn't get itHe knows where the car is atGo get the car before he loses itStorage adds up every dayIf he was concerned about his car it would not still be in the impound

Was never made aware, never seen any paperwork. Never seen any old parts. Still has original tire and wheel on it. There is no evidence on the car of a wheel falling off. When a wheel falls off it damages the fender. Car currently has 2 wheel studs missing on the front right wheel and a headlight smashed out. I would suggest if safety is a concern he should replace those items.

He obviously didn't care enough to know what was going on. He had more than 2 weeks to get the car and didn't get it. He knows where the car is at. Go get the car before he loses it. Storage adds up every day. If he was concerned about his car it would not still be in the impound.

We refunded the money for the part without hesitation. We do not cover any labor expenses. The error should've been caught when the installer compared our part and part number with the one from the vehicle.

Engine was out of warranty when I was contacted. I offered a full refund to help him out if the engine was delivered to me by July 15th. Buyer didn't want to select that option.

I didnt agree to that because I had a exttra 800 dollars invested in the engine to get it running n the amount it cost to install n id have the cost to pull it n ship it back. N all they would refund is the original cost 1200. Even though the warrent was off it was a junk engine with a broke timing chain. They advertised it as a tested engine that ran they lied n false advertised.

We ran the engine before it was pulled. The truck drove into the shop. We have done our job by offering to refund the cost of the engine after the warranty was up. My understanding was there possibly some incompetence with the original mechanic that worked on his truck and had to bring in another one.
