On Wednesday January 29, this office spoke with Mr [redacted] and assured him that the manager would be out to his home on Thursday or Friday of that week After receiving notice of the complaint from Revdex.com this office again called Mr [redacted] just to confirm appointment for Friday by noon Friday January 31, [redacted] , manager of Climate Control of Harrisonburg, Inc., went to the property of [redacted] ** ***, Harrisonburg, Virginia [redacted] to resolve the issues Mr [redacted] was having with his humidifier Monday February 3, Climate Control of Harrisonburg, Inccalled Mr [redacted] to follow up and make sure humidifier was performing to standards but was unable to reach him and had to leave a message Since February 3, we have had no further correspondence to or from Mr [redacted] so it is our belief that Mr***'s complaint has been resolved If any further information is needed please let us know Thank you Climate Control of Harrisonburg, Inc
Used them to install siding and replacement windows Workmanship was excellent and materials used were of high quality Had a minor incident where a ourdoor faucet pipe broke when installing siding They were quick to respond in cleaning up minor water leak and offered to pay any damages Recently had a minor fogging of one of the replacement windows They replaced it no questions asked I would recommend them if you are in the market for replacement windows or siding Excellent price and quality work
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We are still in the process of finding out why the humification system is not working properly. Climate Control has responded to my inquiries and seems intent to get to the bottom of it.
