Review: My husband and I went in to have out Taxes done in February 2013. We never heard anything from them. My husband kept calling them month after month. They returned our call August 2013. We were told that wanted to verify information and they they would be filed the next day and they we would recieve our money in 10 days. It's been over a month and nothing. My husband has been calling them again...and yet again NO phone call RETURNED.Desired Settlement: We would like our Tax return ASAP. It's been 7 months.

UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO PLAYING PHONE TAG I WAS NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE RETURN DURING TAX SEASON. THE RETURN HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. WHEN THEY CALLED ME IN SEPTEMBER, I WAS OUT OF THE AREA. I CALLED THEM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th, AND SAID THE IRS WEBSITE SAID THEIR REFUND WOULD BE DEPOSITED IN THEIR ACCOUNT ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th.
