There should be someone in that office with enough competency, to make sure that their employees are doing their jobs, They need to make sure that they are aware of what insurances they accept and don't accept I was a patient at that office for more than a year and a half, Also during that conversation with the Practice Manger Tanyau, all she did was make excuses as to why this happened in the first place, With every conversation that I have with an employee in that office regarding this situation, leads me to believe that they knew at some point, but continue to let me be seen as a patient thereMsW***'s statement, "She stated she is happy with her new physician and will stay with him," is a bold face lie! Yes, I did tell her that I found a new physician, but not once did I tell her that I was happy with him, or going to stay with him!!! My first office visit with my new physician will Oct8, so how can I tell her or anyone else that I'm happy with someone that I have not seen yet, and that I will stay with him This just show that she will lie and twist things around to try to make excuses for that took placeAs I stated before, and will continue to state, THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!! This situation should have never happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.   There should be someone in that office with enough competency, to make sure that their employees are doing their jobs,   They need to make sure that they are aware of what insurances they accept and don't accept.  I was a patient at that office for more than a year and a half,
Also during that conversation with the Practice Manger  Tanyau, all she did was make excuses as to why this happened in the first place,   With every conversation that I have with an employee in that office regarding this situation, leads me to believe that they knew at some point, but continue to let me be seen as a patient there.
Ms. W[redacted]'s statement, "She stated she is happy with her new physician and will stay with him," is a bold face lie!  Yes, I did tell her that I found a new physician, but not once did I tell her that I was happy with him, or going to stay with him!!!
My first office visit with my new physician will Oct. 8, so how can I tell her or anyone else that I'm happy with someone that I have not seen yet,  and that I will stay with him.   This just show that she will lie and twist things around to try to make excuses for that took place.
As I stated before, and will continue to state, THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!!

Until then I explained to her that we could call and obtain prior authorization for her future visits until our application is processed.
