Colter Electric LLC was called out to do a service call on Mrs, *** Generator by *** ***Upon arrival and inspection of the generator Colter Electric LLC discovered that the main circuit board had been damaged and that the company that manufactures the generator would need to be
called to come replace the circuit boardColter Electric LLC notified Mrs, *** and *** *** of this at which time *** *** took control and made arrangements to follow up with the manufacturer of the generatorWhile Colter Electric LLC was at Mrs, *** residence she had asked Colter Electric LLC to do a scheduled maintenance on her generatorShe asked how much this would be and was given a quote at that timeShe asked Colter Electric LLC to do the scheduled maintenance and if Colter Electric LLC would install a new battery at the quoted priceColter Electric LLC did the agreed upon work at which time she was billed after services were renderedMrs, *** was very happy with the completed work and paid Colter Electric LLC on the spotTo this day Colter Electric LLC has not been contacted from *** *** about being terminatedColter Electric has tried to contact Mrs,*** several times to find out what the issue is and how we can accommodate Mrs, *** in any way possibleFurthermore *** *** is in no way invloled with the completed services rendered to Mrs, ***She had asked that Colter Electric LLC provide these services and the she would compensate Colter Electric LLC on her own
