this business based on other consumer experiences and does not know if those situations have ever been resolved. They take orders and payment for dresses they later cannot deliver on. Basically she is promising consumers dresses that she cannot provide and ends up giving the consumer a substitute dress that is not the one paid for.

Review: We placed an order around March for a quinceanera dress the lady name [redacted] assured us it would arrive 5/4 we are now the end of June she is not answering her phone and when going to the shop apparently she is out of town. She is not answering calls and called the disigner that was supposed to have order for dress he told me dress was never order we have paid over $700 and she has not made order for dress promisedDesired Settlement: We would like a full refund

Response:

The person making the complaint, [redacted], is and never was a customer of mine. It appears that her sister, [redacted], paid ($360 - dress, and $340 towards the total packet) for a deposit towards a packet that included a dress of her choosing. The dress was to arrive around August 10th, as verbally stated to the customer(s). She came to my business to change the dress - she wanted a more expensive dress valued at $3,000 as quoted by another business (she brought a picture of it to me). The packet that included the original dress was valued at $850. She wanted the new dress but not pay the higher price. I was unable to satisfy her request, but she still wanted me to do the rest of the party decoration. [redacted] became very upset and verbally abusive to me (in front of a friend, who was visiting me). She stated that I was an illegal alien who was taking jobs from Americans. She called me a bh and other such words. Her behavior was racist, and uncalled for. She assumed that I was an illegal alien - not true, and none of that matters regarding the transaction in question. Due to this behavior, I canceled the order and gave [redacted] her deposit money back - cash (as stated by customer in this complaint). I would like for my record at Revdex.com to be clear of all negative comments pertaining to this matter.

Basically- I disagree with her response because the allegations are false. I did not make racial comments. I did not insult her or questioned her. I was lied to,I was cheated and deceived. She made false promises and did not follow through- Poor service, Unfair business practice, Unjust treatment by avoiding us, the customers. [redacted] made a mistake on promising a dress she was not able to order. Blamed the designer once we demanded the dress. She does not need to be in business to deceive more clients. She took our money and had to fight to get it back. Misinformed us of the order, Then failed to inform us when she agreed to change dress. [redacted] didn't care what the customer wanted she was pushing us to order a different dress the end of June when she had no more excuses to provide us with. Her business should be investigated and possible license revoked due to promises she can't follow and false advertisement.
