On/around November 2017, Ash discovered (via phone call from DuBose) that DuBose had failed to pay the storage fees thereby resulting in the loss of Ash’s Personal PropertyDuBose (in person, via email correspondence and via approved recorded verbal agreement) admitted negligence, agreed to forego the final installment due on DuBose’s renovation services AND pay for Ash's personal property
