We contacted *** *** the day we received the complaint and she came in to reopen her account and we refunded her the $in fees that was charged to her account. We explained to her that the credit union did not make the error but we will refund her the feesShe was happy with

Mr. [redacted] Home Equity application was never approved.  We had requested documentation from him that he never provided.  No funds were ever disbursed nor was a Home Equity loan ever booked on his account.  We have researched his account and do not see where any loan payments are...

Neches Credit has issued the credit back to Mr. [redacted] account on October 21, 2016 in the amount of $1148.00.  The transaction was done at a [redacted] and it required a PIN to complete the transaction.  Since a PIN was used we require a police report to be filed. We reissued a new...

card with a new PIN since it appeared someone had gotten this information from Mr. [redacted].
