Hello, my name is [redacted]. My three year old daughter had gotten her hair braided April 28,2015. It was for her birthday, on April 27th. I had to take her braids down the very next day, which was April 29th. It was too tight, but when I've brought it to [redacted]'s attention. She'd told me that her hair will not fall out & it will grow. I had to trust my judgment by telling her that I have to take it down, so I did. When I was taking my daughter's braids down, her hair was coming out with it. Her head was so sore & tender that I just had left hair in a baby fro. [redacted] didn't want to respond to me or give me a refund of $90. I've taken pictures & saved my daughter's hair in a plastic bag. Please help me get my money back from [redacted]. Thank you so much.Desired SettlementI want a full refund of $90 please.

I would love to get a refund on my hair that I hadnt received also I STILL have my receipt for proofI ordered hair from this company back in October of 2015 and each and every time I called the owner Mina she came up with some kind of excuse as to why I could not receive my hair and then when I asked for a refund she would make like she found my hair and would continue to tell me that it has been sent. We are now in January of 2016 and I still havent received my hairDesired SettlementI just want a refund

I ordered hair through them by phone , the woman I spoke to told me to text the number she called me back on and send my name, address , and what type of hair and inches I just purchased. A few days later I emailed them to tell them I never received a tracking number, so they emailed me back and told me to resend my information so they can provide me with a tracking number. They never emailed me back with one, and a week goes by and I still haven't received my hair. I emailed them back through email and Instagram and eventually they respond on Instagram saying my package was lost so they have to resend out my package again. They ask for my information again and I sent it to them. Then another week passes by and I still haven't received a tracking number or my package , so I email them through Instagram again asking for a refund and they responded saying they don't do refunds. I asked them why couldn't they give me a refund because my package wasn't here and I could sent the hair back without touching or opening the package . She just kept saying they don't do refunds so I needed to be patient and wait . So I asked her why should I have to be patient about my package that I've been waiting on for 3 weeks when your shipping says 2-5 days. At the most I should be waiting only a week for my package. Then she told me that I should receive my package on the upcoming Saturday or Monday. I never received my package still or a tracking number even though that's what I continuously ask for. I've emailed them again 3 times about getting a tracking number and they still won't respond. I feel like they just stole my money and this is a shady business . They are not professional and don't handle client complaints well.Product_Or_Service: HairOrder_Number: N/aDesired SettlementI want either a refund and want to know how long it's going to take to receive one, or my other option is an actual delivery and to provide me with my tracking number so I can see where my purchase is.

I purchased hair on May 27th, 2015. I made several attempts to contact her with no response. I paid 291.00 and I still don't even having shipping infoI purchased hair for the summer from the online store [redacted] on May 27th, 2015 for the amount of $291.00. The money was immediately debited from my [redacted] account. On June 8th, 2015 I contacted the seller via email stating "Hello, I placed an order for 14,16, and 18" [redacted] on May 27th, 2015. I would really like to track my order but I have been unable to because your site is down. My order number is 1791. Would it be possible for you to provide me with a tracking number and company (ex. [redacted])?Thank you, [redacted]" I received no response. On June 9th, 2015 I called the seller. She informed me she received a bad batch of hair, she was not taking orders, and disabled her site until she received her new batch. She also stated to me at that time she would be reimbursing customers for the inconvenience by including an extra free bundle with their order. I gave her my email address and asked her to send me the same email she claimed she sent to everyone who placed orders during the bad batch time period. I never received the email. I waited patiently until her site was up again. I sent her another email on June 25th, 2015."Good Morning,I purchased $291.00 of [redacted] hair with you on May 27th. I never received anything other than a sales receipt stating I have already paid you money. Because I ordered this product so long ago and had NOT receive any feedback what so ever, I called your merchant number attached to your [redacted] account. I spoke to a woman. She informed me of a bad batch and said I should have received an email. I corrected her explaining I did not. I proceeded to give her my email address, [redacted], so that she could send the email I never got. It has now been another week or so and I still have nothing but a bill. I love your product but this has been terrible service and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication even AFTER, I was willing to wait for it and be understanding. At this point I would just like a refund. I ordered this hair for summer in MAY, it is now six days until July. By the time you do get a new batch and have it prepared, shipped, and delivered I will be back and school and unable to even wear this hair until next summer. I am sorry but I can wait no more. Please issue a full refund to the same [redacted] account. Thank you,[redacted]" I still received no response after that other than an automatic reply stating "Hi,We're glad to get your email, and thank you for your interest in LHF extensions. We will get back to within 24 hours.Thanks,Luscious Hair Fantasy Team" After that, I called on July 20th, 2015 to discuss it all again, but I asked for a full refund this time. She said they could not issue refunds at all. I asked for a discount on my current order for the problems and issues but she said they could not do that. I then asked for a future discount, but they could not do that either. So I asked for shipping confirmation. She said they would ship the product tomorrow, with the additional bundle, and send me the confirmation email. On July 21st, 2015 at 7:19pm I called again because it was after their shipping hours but I had still not received a confirmation. I left a voicemail. I received no call back or email. On two days later (7/23/15), I called twice, during normal business hours but no one answered my phone call either time. Since all the contact I have made, I have not heard from or gotten any confirmation from the seller. She will not answer my phone calls or respond to any one of my emails. Desired SettlementFULL REFUND with no further contact. I do not want the product. I do not want to talk about it. I gave her from 5/27/15-8/12/15 for that. Now, I want my money back.
