I ordered some products from Lush for my wife for Christmas and about two weeks later I had not received them yet so I went to track it on *** website and I see *** sent it all the way from *** to *** which is just minutes from my house, from there it was shipped to *** and sat there for about daysSo I called *** and they were extremely difficult to deal with and told me it will take their "investigation team" business days to figure it out and I might still not get my packageSo I called lush and spoke with an excellent customer service representative named ***I explained the situation and she said don't worry about *** or dealing with them we will make a claim on our side and reship your order on one day priority insuring that you will get it in time for Christmas and if *** calls just tell them Lush is taking care of itIt was awesome of Lush to do that, it not only made my day but made my holiday season and gave me hope for humanity after ***
